Minutes of the 691^st Meeting of the Keystone Clippers Model Aircraft Club

Monday July 30, 2023

The 691^st business meeting of the Keystone Clippers was held at the Jerry Thomas field pavilion at 12pm and called to order by Vice President Jim Kealey with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. There were 10 regular members and 2 Officers present.

A motion was made and seconded to accept the June meeting minutes posted on the Keystoneclippersrc.com website.

Readings

None

Treasurer’s Report

Secretary Eric Haberman gave the treasurers report. A motion was made and seconded to accept the June Treasurers report and to pay any outstanding bills.

Communications

None

Field Report

Field and runways are in decent condition. Mowing will continue on an as-needed basis. Taxiway installation and the RC track have been deferred to later this year.

There are a site maintenance projects that should be completed this year. All members are asked contact Eric Haberman for the list and volunteer for any of those projects. A schedule will be posted on the EVENTS tab on the KCRC website.

Old Business

The benches inside the pavilion are scheduled to be repaired the week of August 6^th by an outside contractor.

New Business

Vice President Jim Kealey reported that we are still waiting to hear back from the FAA regarding approval of our field as a FRIA.
