Minutes of the 662^nd Meeting of the Keystone Clippers Model Aircraft Club

AMA Charter 553

Sunday September 27, 2020

The 662^nd meeting of the Keystone Clippers was held at the field at 12:00 pm and called to order by President Mike Shepherd with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. There were 10 regular members and 4 Officers present.

Readings

Greg Lowry gave his 3^rd reading.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was given by Jerry Thomas and approved by the membership. A motion to pay the bills was made and seconded.

Communications

We received a Thank You card from Bruce Heckel’s family for the donation to his church.

Field Report

The field is in excellent condition.

There is potential clogged fuel filter on tractor #2 right saddle tank. We will investigate to determine the cause and replace the filter if necessary.

Old Business

Tree cutting around the pavilion is temporarily on hold until financing is verified at the October meeting.

New Business

A new porta-jon is available free of charge to the Club. We need to contact local vendors to get a cost estimate on pump-out, to determine if the new unit will be cost effective. 

Show and Tell

The Club raffled a Dynam Devil 3D Bipe donated by Jerry Thomas. Tony Mincucci had the winning ticket.

A motion to adjourn concluded the meeting at 12:20 pm.
