Field Report

The field is in excellent condition. Fall cleanup date was announced as November 14th weather permitting starting at 10am. Bo Kwasny has offered to bring heavy equipment to the field to clear the property boundary and the west end of the runway. We will need chain saws and battery powered hedge trimmers. The Club will supply the fuel and bottled water.

Old Business

In September the Club was offered a Porta Jon free of charge but unfortunately there were complications getting it cleaned out, sanitized, and delivered to the field. The members present suggested reverting to the previous vendor which will be voted upon at the January meeting.

Tree cutting around the pavilion is deferred until Spring 2021.

New Business

Jerry Thomas suggested sending a check to the Rillton Fire Department for $100. A motion to send a check on behalf of KCRC was made and seconded.

Need to elect Club officers but we don’t have enough members present at this meeting  to nominate candidates – all positions are open.

The annual Club Christmas party has been cancelled.

The meeting concluded at 12:45 pm.
